- A basic Home Information Pack with an EPC as standard produced on CD Rom is priced at £299.
- The full price will be payable on booking. Vendors can claim £50 Conveyancing Cashback if the fixed fee conveyancing services from homeunltd.com's legal partner are used and the sale of the property completed - prices from £500 (freehold) to £650 (leasehold) to complete the conveyancing process - full POA.

General:
- Prices include FREE additional advertising of property for sale across a range of property portals (national portals for all HIPs ordered and homeunltd.com only for EPC & HCR only). Free floor plan included for HIPs only.
- An additional fee for a printed copy of the HIP is optional.
- Disbursements may be added to include additional fees payable for legal services especially for leasehold properties where a management company might charge to provide leasehold documents.
- For a transitional period, only the leasehold document is required whilst additional authorised documents may be included should they be available.
- All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
- A credit option is available for an additional fixed admin fee of £50 (inc VAT).
