1. Can I still use an estate agent?
Yes you can. In a competitive market place, advertising on homeunltd.com will give your home extra exposure to people interested in buying property and can work alongside an estate agency. You should however make sure that your agreement with an estate agent does not preclude you from using a property website such as homunltd.com or result in additional charges.

5. What should I include in the Property Description?
- A general description of your home including the number of bedrooms, recent works i.e. new roof and whether you have central heating or double glazing for example.
- A full description of each room including measurments and any special features.
- Local amenities such as schools, recreation facilities, shopping and transport.
- If you have a flat/apartment or a leasehold property, include the amount of ground rent and service charges as applicable.
6. How should I conduct viewings?
- Consider having a group viewing where you show more than one person around at a time. Keep the numbers manageable where you can see where everyone is at any one time.
- If you are showing someone around on your own, try to let someone else know about it in advance.
