"We" are Hacienda Media Ltd t/a homeunltd.com, PO Box 38770, London, E10 5YW. Company registration number 5259483, Data Protection Act 1998 registration number Z912279X. VAT Number GB 854 0050 56. The "Site" is homeunltd.com (www.homeunltd.com). We can be contacted online, by phone etc.
In order to add your property details for sale or a website listing you must register by supplying accurate information including a valid email address.
For property sales, the telephone number and the email address that you supply will be published and potential purchasers will contact you direct.
Your details will be used by homeunltd.com staff to contact you and you will only receive marketing messages from homeunltd.com or other third parties if you have opted in to do so.
You must be aged 18 or above to use these services.
Property Listing & Pricing Details
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the property listing details that you supply. We accept no responsibility for any information that supplied by you or any losses incurred because of it.
Your property details must be accurate and must represent the property that is for sale or to let.
The number of images that you can upload for your property listing will depend on the package that you have selected (minimum 1 image). If no image is supplied, a default image will be displayed. Images should be jpegs, with a maximum file size of 20kb. Images on the property details page shown to potential purchases will be 200 pixels wide (maximum). See also Frequently Asked Questions.

** The Media Package includes an advert in the local press of where the property for sale is located and additional property specific PPC (pay per click) advertising on Google.co.uk (one of the UK's leading search engines).

Directory Listing & Pricing Details
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the directory listing details that you supply. We accept no responsibility for any information that supplied by you or any losses incurred because of it.
Directory listings will be accepted as long as they are property and/or home related, do not compete directly with the services offered by homeunltd.com, are not offensive, illegal or include adult material.
Directory listings will appear online for a year and will have to be renewed after each 12 month period.
Property sales agents, e.g. housing associations selling shared ownership properties and estate agents, can only be included in the directory if they are clients of Hacienda Media Ltd and have opted for contracted sales package - contact homeunltd.com customer services for further details.
If you have an affiliate scheme that you would like homeunltd.com to be involved in, please contact customer services. Website listings will be at a discounted rate.

WorldPay is the chosen partner selected to collect credit and debit card payments. Your credit/debit card details will not be stored by this Site and only will be used by WorldPay for that transaction.
Invoices are available on request.
Your login and password will give you access to the User Admin System which will allow you to update property details, add additional properties for sale, save property searches, request email notifications regarding property for sale. It is your responsibility to keep your username and password safe. We accept no responsibility for any losses or disruptions should your details get into unauthorised hands.
Your Order: Property Details & Website Listing
Your directory or property listing will appear online within 24 hours of being added to homeunltd.com (excluding weekends and bank holidays) - payment details and the property or directory listing details will be verified beforehand.
If there is any reason why your details cannot be added to homeunltd.com, you will be notified and a full refund given within 5 working days.
If you have ordered a For Sale Board, it will be delivered within 14 days. For Sale Boards and any other materials included in your package must be returned non-damaged before a refund can be given.
Your property details will appear online for the time period as specified in the package that you have selected. Directory listings will appear online for a period of 12 months.
We are not liable for any losses incurred by you due to loss of service, passwords or general use of the Site.
We are not responsible for any communication that you make between yourself and the purchaser of a property.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law and all matters relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
